Phone Screen with the Hiring Manager
For the first step, we like to take up to 45 minutes to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit before proceeding with further evaluation. During the phone screen, you can expect us to cover a few topics: Who is INCOG? What position are you interested in, and how may you fit in?
Predictive Index Assessment
As part of our interview process, we invite every candidate to complete the Predictive Index Assessment. This tool is a scientifically-validated behavioral assessment that our business leaders use to help understand how their team’s behavioral style aligns with the team’s strategic goals, how you prefer to be managed or manage, and other work style characteristics important to INCOG.
Onsite Panel interview + Facility Tour
We look forward to meeting with you! This final portion of the interview will include two separate panels of stakeholders important to this role. As a part of this onsite interview, we will cover the position’s technical expertise, team fit, and more information about the role and our company.
