Cory Lewis
CEO and President, Founder
Cory founded INCOG in 2020 and serves as Chief Executive Officer and President. He has spent 20+ years working in the CDMO markets and has supported global biopharmaceutical customers by securing robust manufacturing strategies that led to the approval and launch of more than 50 molecules.
Before founding INCOG, Cory served as the General Manager of Catalent Biologics’ Drug Product business and led three global sites, while supporting over 100 customers. Prior to Catalent, he served as VP of Business Operations with Cook Pharmica and helped lead the growth of that business from 220 employees to >850 employees, before leading the $950M acquisition by Catalent in 2017. Additionally, he also worked at Baxter Pharmaceutical Solutions where he led business development activities that contributed to that CDMO business growing from 325 employees to over 1,000 employees during his tenure.
Mr. Lewis holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He resides in Indianapolis, IN with his wife and four children. He’s a backcountry enthusiast and enjoys cycling, fishing, skiing, surfing and spending time supporting his children in various sporting activities.

Chief Operating Officer, Co-founder
Tedd co-founded INCOG and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He brings over 20 years of life sciences industry experience and is an accomplished leader in the biopharmaceutical services industry. While President of Cook Pharmica, Tedd led the company from a small start-up to a globally recognized leader in the industry. Over a twelve-year period with a very talented team, Cook Pharmica grew to 800 people strong serving a majority of the world’s top biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Under Tedd’s leadership, Cook Pharmica supported hundreds of clinical phase programs and successfully obtained commercial regulatory approval for over a dozen products from various global regulatory agencies. After the successful sale of Cook Pharmica to Catalent, Tedd served as Senior Vice President of Catalent Biologics and a member of the Catalent Executive Leadership Team.
Tedd is a current and founding board member of the Pharma and Biopharma Outsourcing Association (PBOA) and an independent board member of Genezen, a viral vector CDMO. Throughout his career he has served as a volunteer, advisor and board member for numerous not-for-profit organizations helping to strengthen the communities he’s called home. Tedd lives in Bloomington, Indiana with his wife and two kids.
Tedd earned a BS in accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Chief Financial Officer
Doug is the CFO at INCOG. He has 20 years of experience leading teams, managing operations and raising capital in high-growth companies. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of Cell Manufacturing Solutions with Cook Regentec, a corporate venture studio focused on regenerative medicine technologies. He also served as board chair for Sexton Biotechnologies—a provider of bioprocessing tools for cell and gene therapies, which was acquired by Biolife Solutions (NASDAQ: BLFS) in 2021.
Prior to that, Doug served in various executive roles with organizations whose successes were based on building teams of amazing people and developing company cultures that balanced competitiveness with collegiality, and passion with analysis and planning.
Doug holds a BA in philosophy from Indiana University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He and his wife have two college-age sons, and they all like to spend their free time in mountain towns and wild places.

Vice President of Quality
JR brings his 20 years of leadership in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry to INCOG as our VP of Quality.
Over the course of his career, JR has led quality assurance and technical functions at multiple organizations. He has participated in and completed multiple successful health authority (FDA, EMA, MHLW/PMDA, COFEPRIS, and Health Canada) inspections for both innovator companies and CDMOs. Before INCOG, JR held director-level positions at Piramal Pharma Solutions and Genentech, where he led teams responsible for quality assurance, compliance, and validation programs. He previously served in various management roles at Hospira, Cook Pharmica, and JM Hyde Consulting, including quality assurance, validation, technology transfers, analytical laboratory testing, and program management.
JR earned his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the University of Colorado-Boulder and an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He resides in Fishers, IN with his wife, two children, and three dogs. He is a huge Colorado sports fan, and enjoys movies, playing poker, and cooking all types of foods on his Big Green Egg.

Vice President of Technical Operations
Alex serves as VP of Operations at INCOG. with over 20 years of industry experience ranging from drug substance to drug product operations, providing strong leadership in manufacturing, engineering, project management, and commercialization.
Alex led the design and construction of INCOG’s new state-of-the-art facility and currently leading the manufacturing and packaging operations for the site. He previously served as the Global Director of Engineering and Process Technologies at Catalent Biologics, where he spearheaded Operation Warp Speed preparation to commission and start up new sterile fill-finish capacity to handle production of hundreds of millions of COVID-19 vaccine doses. Prior to joining Catalent, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Cook Pharmica, MedImmune, and Eli Lilly and Company.
Alex is a graduate of Drexel University where he earned his BS in mechanical engineering and a six-sigma black belt certification from Villanova university. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, exploring different cultures and countries. As a proud father of two active kids, he spends majority of his time volunteering in school activities and sporting events.

Vice President of Operations
Cary serves as VP of Operations at INCOG. with over 25 years of industry experience ranging from Drug Substance to Drug Product Clinical and Commercial Operations, providing strong leadership in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, MSAT, Validation and Project Management.
He previously served as the Head of Business for Drug Substance and Sr. Director of Operations for Drug Product at Catalent Biologics, where he directed the staffing efforts and operational readiness for Operation Warp Speed to mass produce hundreds of millions of COVID-19 vaccine doses. Prior to joining Catalent, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Cook Pharmica and CSL Behring.
Cary is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University where he earned his BS in Biology. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with his family and hiking the AT trail with his daughter. He also spends most of his time with travel baseball, assisting with winter workouts and spring/summer/fall tournaments.

Vice President of Business Development
Serving as VP of Business Development, Brad brings 20+ years of extensive and diverse life sciences industry experience to the leadership team at INCOG BioPharma. Prior to joining, Brad served as the Chief Financial Officer at Exelead, where he led the finance, business development, supply chain, project management, and IT organizations. Brad directed the acquisition of Exelead by Merk KGaA and its U.S. subsidiary MiliporeSigma in 2022. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles in finance at Catalent and Covance/LabCorp.
Brad holds an MBA from Drake University, and he completed his undergraduate work in Accounting and Finance at the Central University of Iowa. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
